Times Change Women’s Employment Service

The purpose of Times Change Women’s Employment Service is to help diverse, unemployed women achieve economic self-sufficiency by providing services that include professional employment, educational counselling, skills training, and job placement opportunities. Times Change is a non-profit community agency helping women reach their employment goals since 1974.
