Zonta Club of Toronto scholarships at the Michener Institute were established in 2005 to contribute to women’s health. Requirements for the awards have changed over the years to meet technological and research advances.
Diagnostic Cytology: Requirements – completed 1 year. Have good academic standing. Must have demonstrated a caring sensitive attitude and show a genuine interest in advancing the health of women. The selection is made by the Program Chair at the Michener Institute. Radiological Technology: Requirements - enrolled in third year. Have good academic standing. Displayed a caring sensitive attitude and exhibited a genuine interest in advancing the health of women through their choice of assignment topic in one of: Clinical Project, Research Methods or the Mammography Practical Selective. The selection is made by the Program Chair at the Michener Institute.
